What Real Coaching Does

Discovery sessions, branding, copy, how to close, content delivery, money, manifestation practices… they’re all really important.

I’ve invested 10s of thousands of dollars and years learning what works and what doesn’t, and I share it with my clients.

But what I’ve *finally* figured out, and I can’t believe it has taken me this long to really, REALLY *get* it, is that NONE of those things are coaching.

They’re mentoring.

But we’ve gotten ourselves all twisted around thinking that when I hire a Coach I should get all those things.

When really they aren’t at all what coaching is about. And yet, they’re essential if you want to build a successful coaching practice.

It’s a tug-of-war inside: I need money now BUT I want to make sure that what I build is sustainable.

Here’s what I’ve realized:

There is absolutely NO POINT in spending thousands and thousands of dollars, or even, y’know, $27, on marketing tactics and ‘how to coach’ products if you haven’t had some REAL coaching.

Coaching that digs deep into your why.

Coaching that opens you up and lays your heart on the table.

Why are you here? Who are you meant to serve? How? Why?

What is your Soul Mission? What is your Soul Lesson?

What is your Passionate Purpose?

Because until you know WHY you’re building your business and WHAT that looks like FOR YOU, you run a real risk of building the *wrong* business.

A business where you are over-delivering and under-charging. A business that doesn’t feel right.

A business that, after 6 months or a year, or maybe even 2, just feels like crap. One that hurts your soul and leaves you feeling unfulfilled.

So, before you invest in the HOW TO of Coaching, or any business building, please, please, please make sure you’ve invested the time, energy, and money in knowing your BIG WHY.

The Why that will make your heart and soul dance and that will see you through the mundane, irritating, and downright depressing moments in business building that happen to us all.

Because the world needs you in your glory, serving in the way that only you can.
