When you choose to start your own business, you’re also choosing to do a lot of things that can feel really uncomfortable.

One of the biggest fears my clients have is promoting their business and the services that they provide. It can feel really risky to be seen but you’ve got to be bold if you want to grow your business.

Idea 1: Do a gut check for your business: Is it in alignment?

The first 2 questions can help you tune in to how you’re feeling about your business and re-align if it isn’t feeling ‘right’. Because we need to do that to keep growing – and we need to do it regularly.

If you’re not feeling proud of your business, what needs to change to get you there?

What does it need to become? Who do you need to become?

Idea 2: Being Visible Can Be Terrifying

The 3rd question – how many people do you tell daily about your business and what you provide – is a different type of gut check.

And it fits with the 4th – are you willing to take risks and be seen.

If you’re going to succeed as en entrepreneur, you’ve got to be willing to be seen.

You’ve got to take risks and being visible is one of the biggest fears for most of us.

Idea 3: Do your people know what you do?

So, y’know, how many people that you know in the REAL world know what you offer?

When they ask you what you do, what do you say?

Do you hide? Or do you proclaim it proudly?

Do you know what to say? Or does it feel awkward?

How can you shift this so that you wear your entrepreneur identity proudly? 

Where is one place you’re feeling called to step out and be seen to help you grow your business?
